Application criteria

  • The primary card applicant must be 65 years of age or older to be eligible. The primary card applicant’s parents, parents-in-law, children who are 15 years of age or older, spouse, or legal-age siblings should be the supplement card applicant. Only applications for additional cards under parents are accepted from applicants who are underage or students without adequate repayment capacity.
  • When applying for a VISA Infinite Credit Card, a person who makes more than NT$800,000 a year must submit their income statement. When applying for a VISA Signature Card, Master Cashback Business Titanium Card, or VISA Platinum Card, a person who makes more than NT$250,000 a year in salary must submit their income statement.

Required Application Documents

  • Primary credit card- Adults in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of China.
  • Annual income of NT $ 200,000 or more.
  • The credit is normal.

Required Application Documents

  • Proof of Identity:
    (1) For those owning the residence permit of the Republic of China: Passport and the Republic of China (Taiwan) resident certificate (both copies of front and back pages of the ID/ certificate are required).
    (2) For those owning an alien residence permit: Passport and alien resident certificate or alien permanent resident certificate (both copies of front and back pages of the ID/ certificate are required).
    (3) For those not owning the above residence permit: Copies of passport and Record of ID No. in the Republic of China and Entry/Exit Permit for the Taiwan area.
  • Proof of Income (choose any one copy of the following information):
    (1) The latest annual withholding vouchers or tax returns (such as consolidated income tax list of various types of information).
    (2) Payroll of the last 2 months.
    (3) Salary transfer of the last 2 months (including passbook cover and inside page information).
    (4) Proof of deposit transactions of the last 2 months (including passbook cover and inside page information).
    (5) Recent housing tax or land value tax or real estate certificate.

  • Primary credit card- Adults in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of China.
  • Supplementary card- Applicants must be 15 years of age or older while sharing a kinship with the primary cardholders, such as the primary cardholder’s spouse, parent, child, sibling or parent-in-law,etc.

Required Application Documents

  • Photocopy of passport
  • Photocopy of residence permit
  • Applicants from Mainland China may additionally attach a photocopy of the “Taiwan Travel Permit for Mainland Residents”and “the entry/exit permit issued by the National Immigration Agency”
  • Photocopy of financial capacity- salary slip(in the past three months), payroll transfer/demand deposit passbook(containing the pages with your account number, account activities in the past three months), Tax Withholding Certificate/income statement (in the past year) or time deposit certificate.
