The room rate you see on the booking page are the total amount for the accomerdation. No additional taxes, electricity, utilities and management fees.

Assuming you need to book a stay for 3 months, you would have two options:
  • Make a reservation for a 3 months. The hotel will charge you for the entire period of your stay according to the time indicated on the order. The advantage of this is that you can reserve a room for a longer period of time without having to worry about availability or price increases.
  • Make 3 separate reservations for 1 month each. The hotel will charge you separately for each order according to the collection time stated on the order,  which has the advantage that you can change your reservation more quickly if your itinerary changes.

We encourage the hotel to provide plenty of photos to help you get an overview of the rooms. If you still need to arrange a viewing please contact our customer service team and we’ll organise a viewing for you.
